Install the recorder
Add or enable the FixLink Chrome extension. This is the recommended way to create accurate, safe fix links.

Open the target tab
Go to the account, app screen, or settings page you want your customer to follow.

Start capture
Click the FixLink extension, keep blur on, turn on Voice notes only if helpful, and walk through the answer once.

Save draft
The extension opens this page with the draft ready to save, polish, publish, and share.
Last resort: upload an existing screen recordingUse video upload only if the Chrome recorder is not possible or the recording already exists. It samples frames and needs more review before publishing.＋
